Think up: Innovative ideas from North - West Italy

Hannover, March 3-8 The Think Up project has presented the excellent ICT companies from Torino and Piemonte region at CeBIT 2009, one of the biggest trade shows for the ICT sector worldwide. The Think Up stand was located in Pavillion 9 (Future Park), dedicated to innovative technologies and products, within the "Italy System", coordinated by ICE. In the same area, 10 Think Up companies have presented their solutions and products trying to identify potential customers, partners and suppliers.

With more than 5,800 exhibitors and several networking events, CeBIT attracts around 500,000 visitors each year, coming from more than 77 countries.

In 2009 the fair has been articulated in the following areas: IT infrastructure, Business Processes, Communications, Telematics & Navigation, Automotive Solutions and Transport & Logistics, Internet & Mobile Solutions, Consumer Electronics, Public Sector Parc, Tele Health/eHealth, Future Park, Banking & Finance, Planet Reseller and CeBIT Security World.

The Think Up participation was promoted by Torino Chamber of Commerce, with the aegis of Regione Piemonte , and has been managed by the Piemonte Agency for Investments, Export and Tourism. in cooperation with Torino Wireless Foundation and CSI-Piemonte.
